Delhi Chief Minister Rekha paid a visit to the historic Fatehgarh Sahib Gurudwara in Punjab, where she placed a mattha as part of her tour.
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha arrived in Punjab as part of a short tour aimed at strengthening inter‑state cooperation. During the visit she entered the historic Fatehgarh Sahib Gurudwara, a prominent Sikh shrine commemorating the martyrdom of the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
At the shrine she placed a mattha, a traditional offering, in keeping with Sikh customs. The gesture was captured on video and shared by local media, highlighting the CM’s respect for Punjab’s religious heritage. Officials said the visit also included discussions with state leaders on shared development initiatives.
