A sleeper bus carrying pilgrims caught fire after colliding with a truck on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Dausa, Rajasthan, late last night. Eight people have died and 21 others sustained injuries.

A tragic road accident occurred on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway in Dausa, Rajasthan, late Tuesday night. A sleeper bus, en route from Rishikesh to Indore with passengers including pilgrims, collided with a truck. The impact of the collision resulted in a massive fire that engulfed the bus.

Authorities confirmed that eight individuals lost their lives in the incident. Additionally, twenty-one people were reported to have sustained injuries and have been provided with medical attention. The exact cause of the collision is under investigation.
