Shares of Cupid, the Indian condom manufacturer, have fallen for three straight trading days as investors weigh a proposed 1:10 split and a 4:1 and 1:1 bonus scheme over the next two years.

Cupid’s shares fell for a third consecutive day on Tuesday, closing at INR 12.80, down 2.3% from the previous close.

The decline follows speculation that the company will execute a 1:10 stock split and offer a 4:1 and 1:1 bonus scheme in the next two years, a move that could dilute existing holdings.

Analysts note that the market has reacted to the uncertainty surrounding the split and bonus structure, with some investors pulling out to avoid potential dilution.

Despite the dip, Cupid’s revenue growth in the last fiscal year remained robust, but the current sell‑off reflects broader caution among investors in the consumer goods sector.
