The Congress party has unveiled its election manifesto for the Bikaner Municipal Corporation 2026, focusing on road repair, sanitation, lighting and sewer improvements while criticizing the BJP’s performance.
The Rajasthan Congress has published its election manifesto ahead of the Bikaner Municipal Corporation polls scheduled for 2026. The document highlights the party’s commitment to revamp the city’s road network, enhance street cleaning, upgrade sewage systems and improve public lighting.
In addition to infrastructure promises, the manifesto stresses the need to secure state‑grant allocations for Bikaner and address the issue of unplanned settlements, which the party says have been neglected under the current administration.
Congress leaders also used the launch to directly criticize the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, accusing it of failing to deliver basic civic services and promising a more accountable local government if elected.
