During a rally in Bihar, senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge rebuked a heckler with the slogan “Modi ka baap bhi jayega” and accused the BJP of stealing votes.
Senior Congress figure Mallikarjun Kharge addressed a crowd in Bihar on Saturday, where he was confronted by a vocal heckler chanting a slogan that translates to “Even Modi's father will go”.
Kharge responded sharply, using the same phrase to rebuke the interrupter and warned that such provocations would not deter the party’s campaign.
He then turned his remarks to the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, alleging that the BJP had engaged in systematic vote theft in recent elections, and called for a thorough investigation.
The incident drew attention on social media, with supporters of both parties sharing clips of the exchange, while election officials said they were monitoring the situation for any violations of the Model Code of Conduct.
