Computer teachers across Tripura have escalated their campaign, demanding the Chief Minister intervene for a pay hike and improved service benefits.
Computer teachers in Tripura have intensified a statewide campaign, calling on the Chief Minister to address their demands for a pay hike and enhanced service benefits.
The teachers, representing various government schools, have organized rallies and meetings across the state to highlight their grievances. They argue that their salaries lag behind those of other professionals and that service benefits are inadequate.
The campaign has seen increased participation from teachers' unions, who have urged the state government to negotiate a revised pay structure. They also seek improvements in pension schemes and other employment benefits.
The teachers have requested a formal meeting with the Chief Minister’s office to discuss these issues, hoping for a swift resolution that acknowledges their contributions to the education sector.
