Cold wave hits 14 cities; temperatures drop below 15°C from Nov 10

A cold wave has pushed temperatures below 15°C in 14 cities across India, beginning on 10 November. The Indian Meteorological Department noted that the drop will affect major urban centres including Bhopal and Indore in Madhya Pradesh.

Cold winds are expected to move from the north, bringing chilly conditions that could impact daily life and transport. Residents are advised to dress warmly and check local weather updates.

Meteorologists say the new system is part of a broader seasonal shift, and similar temperature drops are forecast for other cities in the coming days.
