Protesters from the CJP's Tiranga March arrived at Delhi's Connaught Place, where police detained a number of participants.
The Shiv Sena‑affiliated CJP organized a Tiranga March today, aiming to display the national flag and voice its political demands across the capital.
The procession moved through several major roads before reaching Connaught Place, a central commercial hub in Delhi, where crowds gathered to watch the march.
Police units stationed at the site intervened as the rally approached, citing concerns over public order. Several demonstrators were taken into custody for allegedly violating protest regulations.
Authorities did not release the exact number of arrests, but confirmed that those detained would be processed according to law.
Organisers said the march will continue as planned and urged supporters to remain peaceful while they pursue their agenda.
