Reports suggest that leaders of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) may be detained by authorities before the planned protest in Delhi on October 10.
The Indian Express reports that leaders of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) are expected to be arrested by authorities before the party's planned protest in Delhi on October 10.
According to Saurav Das, the party has warned that law enforcement may detain its senior members to prevent the demonstration from proceeding.
The protest, scheduled for the capital, aims to highlight grievances over economic policies and demands greater political transparency.
If the arrests proceed, it could intensify tensions between the party and the government, potentially leading to further legal actions and public outcry.
