Calangute residents demand crackdown on illegal bus and taxi parking

Calangute, a popular tourist spot on Goa’s north‑coast, has seen a surge in buses and taxis parking on narrow streets and near the beach. Local residents say the unchecked parking creates traffic snarls, hampers pedestrian movement and poses safety risks, especially during peak tourist season.
