The Bahujan Samaj Party has announced a full‑fledged campaign for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh elections, taking aim at the Bharatiya Janata Party, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav.
The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) has officially launched its campaign for the forthcoming Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, setting a timetable for rallies and outreach programmes across the state.
During the launch, BSP leaders openly criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), accusing it of neglecting the welfare of the marginalized sections of society.
The party also targeted Congress stalwart Rahul Gandhi, alleging that his political agenda is out of touch with the aspirations of the people of Uttar Pradesh.
In a further jab, BSP leaders called former chief minister Akhilesh Yadav a distant ‘uncle’, questioning his relevance in the current political scenario.
