BPSC Launches TRE‑4 Teacher Recruitment for 32,388 Posts, Deadline Oct 26

The Bihar Public Service Commission has opened applications for its TRE‑4 teacher recruitment, offering 32,388 teaching positions across the state. Candidates must submit their forms by 26 October.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) announced the commencement of the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0, inviting applications for 32,388 teaching vacancies in government schools throughout Bihar. The recruitment drive aims to fill a large number of vacant teaching posts in primary, upper primary and secondary levels.
Applicants can register online through the official BPSC portal, where they must upload required documents, pay the examination fee and select their preferred subjects and districts. The application window remains open until 26 October 2026, after which no further submissions will be accepted.
The selection process will consist of a written examination followed by a merit‑based interview, in accordance with the commission’s standard procedures. Successful candidates will be appointed as state teachers under the Bihar Education Department, receiving the salary and benefits prescribed for government school staff.
