The Bihar Public Service Commission announced the cancellation of the Lower Division Clerk typing and computer test, and also nullified the document verification scheduled for Feb 25, citing technical issues.
The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) issued a notice on Wednesday stating that the typing and computer proficiency examination for the Lower Division Clerk (LDC) recruitment has been cancelled. The decision also includes the withdrawal of the document verification process that was slated for 25 February.
BPSC officials attributed the cancellation to unforeseen technical problems that affected the online testing platform, making it impossible to conduct the assessment fairly. Candidates who had already registered for the test were informed that their applications remain valid, but the current round will not proceed.
The commission has advised aspirants to monitor the official website for further announcements regarding a possible reschedule. In the meantime, candidates are encouraged to keep their documents ready and stay prepared for any future notification.
No refunds or penalties will be imposed on applicants, and BPSC assured that the recruitment timeline will be adjusted to accommodate the delay without compromising the selection process.
