The Bombay High Court has annulled the bail granted to the Luthra brothers, who are accused in the fatal fire at a Goa club, ordering their surrender within two weeks.
The Bombay High Court on Tuesday cancelled the bail granted to the Luthra brothers in connection with the deadly fire that gutted a popular nightclub in Goa last year. The court directed the brothers to surrender within 14 days or face arrest. The brothers, who are accused of arson and negligence, had earlier been released on bail after the case was filed in the Goa High Court. The court’s order follows a review of the evidence and the seriousness of the offence. Law enforcement agencies have been briefed to take custody of the brothers once the deadline lapses.
