The Bombay High Court has reinstated film producer Sunil Darshan's appeal against actor Sunny Deol in an 18-year-old legal battle over a shelved film. Darshan's appeal, previously dismissed for absence, has been revived.

The Bombay High Court has revived film producer Sunil Darshan's appeal against actor Sunny Deol concerning the stalled 2008 film 'Good Morning India'. The appeal, which had been dismissed earlier due to non-appearance by Darshan, has now been restored by the court.

This legal dispute has been ongoing for over a decade and involves allegations of breach of contract and financial damages. Sunil Darshan claims that Sunny Deol failed to cooperate with the film project, leading to its shelving.

While the appeal has been accepted for revival, Sunil Darshan has been directed to pay costs amounting to Rs 15,000.
