Bollywood Stars Celebrate Karwa Chauth at Sunita Kapoor's Home

Mumbai – On the eve of Karwa Chauth, a select group of Bollywood celebrities assembled at the residence of veteran actress Sunita Kapoor to observe the traditional fast and perform the customary rituals. The intimate gathering featured the customary pre-dawn meal (sargi) followed by the evening prayers, with participants sharing personal reflections on the significance of the festival.

The event, organized by Kapoor herself, provided a rare glimpse into how industry insiders celebrate cultural occasions away from the public eye. Attendees exchanged wishes, posed for photographs, and later broke their fast together after sighting the moon, adhering to the customary protocol.

While the gathering remained low‑key, media outlets captured the festive ambience, underscoring the continued relevance of Karwa Chauth within the entertainment community. The celebration concluded with a modest dinner, reinforcing the blend of tradition and camaraderie among the stars.
