Three upcoming Bollywood films – Kalank, Nayyi Naveli and Adipurush – are set to release around Dussehra, promising grand celebrations and themes that resonate with the festival’s spirit.
Kalank, Nayyi Naveli and Adipurush are slated for release during the Dussehra period, a time when Indian cinema often aligns its releases with festive themes. The three films are expected to showcase grand celebrations and cultural motifs that echo the spirit of the festival.
Kalank, a period drama, has been promoted as a visual spectacle with elaborate sets and costumes that reflect the grandeur associated with Dussehra. Nayyi Naveli, a family drama, is highlighted for its festive narrative and vibrant sequences.
Adipurush, a mythological epic, is positioned to capitalize on the religious undertones of the festival, featuring large-scale action scenes and traditional music. All three releases are part of a broader trend where filmmakers aim to attract audiences by tapping into the celebratory mood of the season.
The timing of these releases is expected to boost box‑office collections, as audiences traditionally flock to cinemas during Dussehra for new entertainment options.
