Mumbai’s Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has served a notice to actor Ajay Devgan’s Juhu residence, citing alleged breaches of local building rules.
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has formally notified the owner of a Juhu bungalow that belongs to Bollywood star Ajay Devgan, indicating possible non‑compliance with municipal regulations.
According to the notice, the property may be in violation of building‑plan approvals, encroachment limits or other local construction norms that the BMC enforces across the city.
As of now, the actor’s representatives have not issued a public comment on the matter, and the BMC has said it will proceed with the prescribed legal process if the issues are not rectified.
