BJP MLA Chandrapal Singh had a narrow escape when his Toyota Fortuner skidded over 100 metres after a tyre burst on the Ganga Expressway. He was taken to a hospital for observation after the vehicle hit a pole.
The incident occurred on the Ganga Expressway when the MLA’s Toyota Fortuner suffered a sudden tyre burst. The vehicle then skidded for more than 100 metres before crashing into a roadside pole.
Following the collision, Chandrapal Singh was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation. Hospital sources said he is under observation and his condition is stable.
Local traffic police arrived at the scene to manage the aftermath and record details of the accident. The stretch of the Ganga Expressway where the mishap took place remains open for traffic.
