The BJP announced a nationwide street campaign to counter the opposition INDIA bloc, naming veteran leader Nitin Nabin as the campaign head.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has rolled out a street‑level outreach programme aimed at confronting the recently formed opposition coalition known as the INDIA bloc. The move comes as the party seeks to mobilise its grassroots network ahead of upcoming electoral contests.
Party officials disclosed that senior leader Nitin Nabin will head the campaign, coordinating rallies, door‑to‑door canvassing and public meetings across key regions. Nabin, a long‑time MP from Bihar, is expected to leverage his organisational experience to rally party workers and supporters.
Analysts note that the BJP’s decision to adopt a visible street campaign signals a shift from purely digital and media‑driven tactics. The party hopes the initiative will reinforce its narrative on national issues and counter the INDIA bloc’s criticism of government policies.
