The BJP reacted sharply to the opposition's demand for a regime change, describing it as an agenda to set the country on fire.
The opposition parties have recently called for a change in the central government, urging a regime change.
In response, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) representatives said that such a demand amounts to an agenda to set the country on fire.
The BJP warned that pursuing such a course could destabilise national unity and urged restraint.
Political analysts note that the exchange reflects heightened tensions between the ruling party and the opposition ahead of upcoming electoral cycles.
