The Bharatiya Janata Party has expressed strong confidence that it will retain the Bankipur constituency in the forthcoming by‑election, citing robust support and a solid campaign strategy.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has declared that it is confident of retaining the Bankipur seat in the upcoming by‑election. Bankipur, a key constituency in Patna district of Bihar, has traditionally been a battleground for major parties.
Party officials highlighted the strong grassroots network and the popularity of the current MLA as key factors behind their optimism. They also pointed to a well‑structured campaign that has focused on local development issues.
The BJP’s confidence comes as the party prepares to contest the by‑election in a politically charged environment. Analysts note that a win would reinforce the party’s position in the state.
No opposition party has yet announced a definitive strategy, leaving the BJP’s lead unchallenged at this stage.
