BJP Calls for CBI Investigation into Punjab PCS Exam Irregularities

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has formally requested the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate alleged irregularities in the Punjab Public Service Commission's (PSC) mains examination. The party alleges that the exam process was compromised, with claims of leaked question papers and unfair advantages given to certain candidates. BJP spokespersons argue that such malpractices undermine the credibility of the PSC and the merit‑based recruitment system. No official response from the Punjab government or the PSC has been released yet, leaving the matter pending further scrutiny.
