Bihar Women Stitch Flags

The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign has turned out to be a boon for rural women in Samastipur, Bihar. Around 1600 Jeevika didis from 20 blocks of the district are engaged in stitching 80,000 tricolor flags. This initiative has not only generated employment for these women but has also infused a sense of patriotism among them. The women are working tirelessly to meet the demand for flags, which will be used to celebrate the country's independence.
