A 20-year-old student in Bihar's Banka district reportedly consumed 11 expired pills after failing his 12th-grade exams, leading to his death during treatment. His family has accused the hospital of negligence.

In a tragic incident in Bihar's Banka district, a 20-year-old student named Krish Kumar has died after allegedly consuming 11 expired medicinal pills. The student had reportedly taken the pills following his failure in the 12th-grade examinations.

His condition deteriorated rapidly after ingesting the medication. He was initially taken to Amarpur hospital. From there, he was referred to Mayaganj Hospital in Bhagalpur for further medical attention.

Despite efforts to treat him, Krish Kumar succumbed to his condition. His family has raised allegations of negligence against the hospital authorities, pointing to the circumstances surrounding his treatment and eventual death.
