The Bihar government has started online applications for subsidies on electric vehicles. Vehicles purchased on or after May 15, 2026, are eligible.
In a bid to promote the use of electric vehicles, the Bihar government has initiated an online application process for subsidies on such vehicles. This move is expected to encourage the adoption of eco-friendly transportation in the state. The transport department has released an online link for applicants to submit their requests. The subsidy is applicable to electric vehicles purchased on or after May 15, 2026.
