Bihar's Chief Minister has broadened the Sahyog Shivirs initiative, successfully addressing 96% of 646,000 citizen complaints.
The state government of Bihar has announced an expansion of the Sahyog Shivirs platform, a digital grievance redressal system aimed at improving citizen services.
The initiative, which was launched earlier this year, now covers additional districts and offers a wider range of service categories, allowing residents to lodge complaints and track their status online.
According to official figures, the platform has processed 646,000 grievances, with 96% resolved within the stipulated time frame. The high resolution rate is being hailed as a benchmark for e-governance in the state.
