The shop, which supplies a range of over-the-counter and prescription medicines to the local community, reported the incident to the police after noticing missing stock.
Bhubaneswar Police have launched an investigation and are reviewing CCTV footage from nearby shops and traffic cameras to identify the perpetrators.
