Bhojpuri singer Sunil Lodhi, known for his voice in the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’, has started receiving eye treatment following a pledge of assistance from Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav.
Sunil Lodhi, the Budeli vocalist who lent his voice to the recent movie "Hanuman Ansh," has commenced medical treatment for his eyes in Bhopal. The procedure began after the singer received a commitment of support from Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav during a meeting in September.
At that encounter, the CM assured Lodhi of financial assistance, provision of specialized ophthalmic care, and support for his musical education, including a grant of one lakh rupees. Following the promise, local health officials arranged for the necessary consultations and scheduled the treatment.
The singer’s representatives confirmed that the treatment is underway and expressed gratitude for the state government's prompt response. They added that Lodhi hopes to recover fully and resume his singing career, which has been gaining attention for its folk roots and cinematic contributions.
