Bhopal Gets E-Bus Service

The city of Bhopal has taken a significant step towards environmentally friendly transportation by introducing its e-bus service. The service, which commenced recently, features 10 electric buses operating on three routes within the city. On its inaugural day, the service witnessed a notable response, with approximately 2,000 passengers utilizing the buses. The Kolar route emerged as the busiest, indicating a strong demand for this eco-friendly mode of transportation. The fare for the e-bus service is reasonably priced, ranging from 7 to 40 rupees, making it an attractive option for commuters. Notably, passengers will not be charged an additional fee for air-conditioned travel, enhancing the overall commuting experience.
