The company’s shares debuted on the National Stock Exchange at ₹961 and on the Bombay Stock Exchange at ₹956, reflecting premiums of roughly 22% and 21% over the issue price of ₹788.

Augmont Enterprises Ltd., a diversified Indian conglomerate, has successfully listed its initial public offering on the country’s two primary stock exchanges. The shares opened at ₹961 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and at ₹956 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Both listings were priced above the issue price of ₹788, indicating strong investor interest.

The premium on the NSE listing stood at 21.95%, while the BSE listing carried a 21.32% premium. Such a spread suggests that the market valued the company’s growth prospects and its portfolio of businesses favorably.

Analysts note that the pricing aligns with recent trends in the Indian IPO market, where companies in high‑growth sectors have been able to command double‑digit premiums. The strong debut may provide Augmont with a solid capital base for future expansion plans.

The company’s management has indicated that the proceeds will be used to fund strategic acquisitions, strengthen working capital, and invest in technology upgrades across its operations.
