The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) and the Jharkhand Subordinate Service Commission (JSSC) have warned that close to 7,000 posts under the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) recruitment may remain vacant. The warning comes after a twelve‑year-long impasse that has repeatedly stalled the conduct of the examinations required to fill these positions.
Legal challenges, administrative delays and repeated postponements have kept the recruitment cycle in limbo, preventing candidates from appearing for the exams and the state from appointing officials.
