Army Soldier Devendra Singh Gujjar of Seeker, Jaisalmer Dies of Heart Attack

Seeker’s 55‑year‑old army personnel Devendra Singh Gujjar died on Tuesday after a sudden chest pain and was declared dead at the military hospital in Jaisalmer.
Seeker resident Devendra Singh Gujjar, a 55‑year‑old serving in the Indian Army, suffered a sudden chest pain on Tuesday afternoon in Jaisalmer. He was immediately taken to the local military hospital for emergency care.
Medical officers at the facility examined him and, after attempts to stabilise his condition, pronounced him dead on arrival. The cause of death was identified as a heart attack.
Family members have been informed and arrangements are being made for his body to be transported back to his hometown in Seeker, where funeral rites will be performed according to local customs.
The army has expressed condolences to the bereaved family and assured that all necessary support will be provided during this difficult time.
