Anant Raj Cloud and Orange Business have signed a memorandum of understanding with the Haryana government to expand cloud services to international markets.

New Delhi – A strategic partnership was formalised on Monday as Anant Raj Cloud and Orange Business Services signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Haryana state government. The agreement outlines a joint effort to develop and market cloud‑computing solutions beyond India, leveraging Haryana’s growing technology ecosystem.

Under the MoU, the three parties will collaborate on infrastructure development, capacity building and regulatory facilitation to make Haryana‑based cloud services competitive in global markets. Both companies bring complementary strengths: Anant Raj Cloud with its regional data‑center network and Orange Business with its international reach and enterprise clientele.

The partnership is expected to attract foreign investment and create high‑skill jobs in the state, aligning with Haryana’s broader agenda to position itself as a hub for digital innovation. Officials indicated that the initiative will also support Indian enterprises seeking scalable, secure cloud platforms for overseas operations.

Details on the financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the MoU signals a concerted push to integrate Indian cloud capabilities into the global digital economy.
