Amritsar Police Bust Illegal Weapons-Drug Trafficking Network, Five Arrested

Amritsar's commissionerate police announced the dismantling of three interlinked networks involved in the illegal trafficking of firearms and narcotics. The operation, carried out by a special anti‑organised crime unit, resulted in the seizure of several pistols and a quantity of heroin.

Authorities detained five individuals suspected of coordinating the smuggling activities. All arrested persons are being interrogated, and further legal action is expected as investigations continue.
