Political observers debate whether former MP Ajay Rai will join the Congress or rejoin the BJP, fueling intense speculation.
Ajay Rai, a former Member of Parliament who left the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) earlier this year, is at the centre of renewed political speculation. Sources close to the leader say that the Congress party has approached him for a possible role, while other insiders suggest he may be preparing a comeback to the BJP.
No official statement has been released by Rai, the Congress or the BJP, and both parties have declined to comment on the rumours. Political analysts note that Rai’s regional influence in Uttar Pradesh could be valuable for either side ahead of upcoming state elections.
The speculation has intensified after Rai’s recent public appearances at events hosted by senior leaders of both parties, prompting observers to watch closely for any formal announcement in the coming weeks.
