A new direct flight service has commenced connecting Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka. This development significantly enhances travel convenience for passengers originating from Gujarat.
Previously, travelers from the region faced lengthy journeys, often requiring layovers in major Indian cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, or Chennai, before reaching their destination in Sri Lanka. The introduction of this direct route drastically cuts down the travel duration.
The new flight is expected to streamline travel to Sri Lanka, making it a more accessible destination for people in Gujarat.
