IT giant Accenture has revised its salary increase framework for the June cycle, affecting its vast global workforce. A portion of approved raises will now be disbursed as a one-time payment.
Global professional services company Accenture has announced a change in its salary hike structure for employees worldwide, effective from the June cycle. This adjustment impacts a significant portion of its over 780,000-strong workforce.
Under the new system, half of the approved salary increases will be provided as a one-time payout in June. The remaining half of the raise will be incorporated into the employees' regular base pay. This dual approach aims to offer immediate financial relief to staff while also enabling the company to manage its payroll expenses more effectively.
It has been clarified that any increases related to promotions will continue to be fully added to the base salary, unaffected by this new payout structure.
