തിരൂര്‍: ഒന്‍പതു വയസ്സുകാരിയായ പെണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ വര്‍ഷങ്ങളോളം ലൈംഗികാതിക്രമത്തിനിരയാക്കിയ കേസില്‍ അടുത്ത ബന്ധുവിന് 47 വര്‍ഷം കഠിന തടവും ഒന്നര ലക്ഷം രൂപ പിഴയും ശിക്ഷ. തിരൂര്‍ ഫാസ്റ്റ് ട്രാക്ക് സ്പെഷ്യല്‍ കോടതി ജഡ്ജി ടി.ബി. ഫസീലയാണ് കേസില്‍ വിചാരണ നടത്തി കടുത്ത ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചത്. ഉമ്മയുടെ അമ്മാവന്റെ മകനായ 44 വയസ്സുകാരനാണ് ശിക്ഷ ലഭിച്ചത്.
2012-13 അധ്യയന വര്‍ഷത്തില്‍ നാലാം ക്ലാസ്സില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്നത് മുതല്‍ 2015-16 അധ്യയന വര്‍ഷം ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ്സില്‍ പഠിക്കുന്നത് വരെയുള്ള കാലയളവിലാണ് അതിജീവിത ക്രൂരമായ ലൈംഗികാതിക്രമത്തിന് ഇരയായത്. പല ദിവസങ്ങളിലായി വിവിധ സമയങ്ങളില്‍ പ്രതി കുട്ടിയെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. കാടാമ്പുഴ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത കേസിലാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ വിധി വന്നിരിക്കുന്നത്.
