The district planning office of Nalanda has organized a dedicated employment‑and‑guidance camp for disabled youth on September 2 at the Joint Labour Building complex in Biharsharif. The event aims to bridge the gap between job seekers with disabilities and potential employers.
Three major firms participating in the camp will conduct direct recruitment for a total of 409 vacancies, covering a range of skill levels and sectors. Candidates are expected to undergo on‑site assessments and interviews, with successful applicants offered immediate placement.
Officials emphasized that the initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance inclusive employment opportunities in the state, encouraging other districts to replicate the model.
