A 40‑year‑old man in Bhopal died within 90 seconds after taking a tablet and drinking water, falling from a chair near Laxmi Talkies clothing shop.
In the early hours of Monday night, Shailendra Malviya, a 40‑year‑old resident of Bhopal, was found dead in a clothing shop adjacent to Laxmi Talkies. According to witnesses, the man had taken a tablet and drank water before suddenly collapsing from a chair. He was pronounced dead at the scene within a minute and a half. Local authorities have not yet released details on the type of medication or the cause of the collapse.
