A total of 18 aspirants pulled out of the second phase of the Udaipur constituency elections, with six of them from the Bargaon segment.

The Election Commission of India confirmed that 18 candidates have withdrawn their nominations ahead of the second phase of voting in the Udaipur district of Rajasthan. The withdrawals were recorded after the deadline for filing nominations closed, and the commission has formally updated the list of contesting candidates.
Bargaon, a key segment within the Udaipur constituency, recorded the highest number of pull‑outs, with six candidates stepping down. This reduced the number of contenders in that segment and altered the competitive dynamics for the remaining aspirants.
Election analysts note that the reduced field may influence vote distribution, but the commission has emphasized that the process remains transparent and that the revised candidate list will be published before polling begins.
